No. Compatible phones open the NFC link directly, and every product includes a QR-code backup for other devices.
Does it send people straight to our review page?
Yes. Each product uses a permanent ReviewTap link that redirects to the review destination you approve during setup.
Can the destination be changed later?
Yes. The permanent link lets us update its destination without reprogramming or replacing the physical product.
Do we have to pay monthly?
No. Purchased products keep redirecting without a subscription. Insights is an optional reporting and management service.
Can we reward customers for leaving five stars?
No. ReviewTap is designed for neutral, honest review requests. We do not support incentives, review gating or five-star pressure.
How long does a custom order take?
Our working launch target is 5 to 10 business days after design approval. This will be confirmed once the supplier and delivery process are final.
