Review integrity

ReviewTap products are intended to make it easier for every genuine customer to reach a business’s selected review destination. Businesses must not use the products to selectively ask only satisfied customers, discourage negative reviews, offer rewards for positive ratings or otherwise manipulate review sentiment.

Recommended prompts use neutral language such as “Share an honest review.” ReviewTap reports tap and scan activity separately from changes in public review counts and does not claim that a tap became a submitted review.

Privacy

ReviewTap collects information needed to quote, produce, deliver and support an order: business details, contact information, delivery details, artwork, approved destinations and payment references. Card payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by ReviewTap.

Tap reporting uses product identifiers, method and timestamps in aggregate. It does not require the review content, star rating or identity of the person tapping.

Terms of sale

Prices shown on this site are indicative for the pilot and may be confirmed before payment. A customer order becomes confirmed only when payment succeeds and ReviewTap accepts the supplied artwork, destination and production requirements.

A design proof is supplied before production. The customer is responsible for checking names, logos, colours, wording and destination details. Production begins only after approval.

Returns and replacements

Custom products cannot usually be resold after approval, but this does not remove rights available under Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced items will be assessed and repaired, replaced or refunded where required.

If ReviewTap makes a setup error, we will correct the destination or reprogram the affected product where practical.

Insights subscription

ReviewTap Insights is an optional monthly service. Purchased physical products retain their permanent basic redirect if Insights is cancelled. Paid features may include detailed activity reporting, destination management, monthly summaries, priority support and an annual product refresh.

Recurring payments and customer billing settings are handled securely by the payment provider.
